Long Row Farms has been established since 2017, but, in 1984 Earnest Sartin built from the ground up the business under the name of Broken Arrow Taxidermy. Earnest, also called 'Papa Sartin' left his business to his grandson and now owner Eric Knowles. Eric has been in Taxidermy since childhood and now is award winning. He runs Long Row Hand-in-Hand with his wife Hayley Knowles. Hayley not only keeps up with her four children, but runs most of the BTS work, keeping Long Row thriving. Both Hayley and Eric work hard to ensure your satisfaction with either your taxidermy or processed meats.
